Procore is looking for an Executive Engagement Strategist to join our Strategic Marketing team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, enablement, operations, and marketing to develop, implement, and optimize a globally consistent approach to drive executive engagement for our enterprise accounts. You will focus on fostering strong executive relationships through strategic engagement plans that drive retention, expansion, and new business for our enterprise segment.Â
This position reports to Procore’s Executive Sponsorship Program Manager and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.Â
What You’ll do:Â
- Develop, implement, and execute a globally consistent approach to executive engagement that aligns with our company goals and customer needs
- Develop purpose-driven marketing strategies at the account level which strengthen customer relationships, and business alignment and drive differentiated value at the C-level
- Manage the ongoing success of executive engagement for the businessÂ
- Advise internal teams and various stakeholders on strategy for executive engagement
- Manage and optimize communications, in partnership with internal stakeholders, for our executives to ensure consistency and alignment with company messaging
- Establish a robust system of reporting to quarterly measure success, gather critical insights and customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction, retention, adoption, and expansion
- Up to 10% domestic travel
What we're looking for:Â
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable
- 5+ years of experience in B2B executive engagement and communications, preferably in a SaaS environmentÂ
- Exceptional strategic thinking, innovation, problem solving, and analytical skillsÂ
- Significant experience working with various stakeholders and departments with the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally and confidently lead strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on executive-level communicationÂ
- Proven expertise in formulating and implementing long-term strategies for cultivating strong and lasting relationships
- Delivers results with unwavering drive and energy, balancing a focus on both the bottom line and fostering success for our customers
- Achievement-focused, meticulous, and adept at efficient time management
- Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee and coordinate multiple projects and deliverables concurrently
- Experience in SFDC and GSuite a plus
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $90,360-$124,245. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
