施耐德电气系统业务母线 League 研发正在寻求一名优秀的工艺工程师加入我们的团队工作地点在广州市经济开发区 85 号 SBG 工厂
工艺工程师将负责新项目和新产品的工艺开发和优化确保产品的可制造性和质量这个岗位将直接向研发中心总经理汇报并虚线向工业化主管汇报与其他部门密切合作以下是这个职位的主要职责
- 主要职责
- 分析新项目需求设计开发和优化新产品的制造工艺流程 , 制定合适的工艺解决方案
- 与产品设计生产和质量控制团队密切合作组织新产品试产验证确保新产品顺利交付量产
- 为生产团队提供新产品工艺流程的培训和技术支持
- 技术支持职责
- 参与新产品设计开发过程提供工艺可行性分析和改进建议
- 解决新产品量产爬坡过程中出现的工艺技术问题
- 持续关注行业趋势和新工艺技术推动产品制造工艺创新
- 了解项目管理及敏捷实践并可提供基本的协助支持
Qualifications
候选人应符合以下几点要求
- 具有新产品导入及工艺开发经验或精益制造经验者优先
- 精通 CAD, office 软件
- 具有良好的问题分析和解决能力
- 优秀的沟通和团队合作能力
- 熟练的英语读写能力

- 本科以上学历机械机电或工业工程背景
