ImpactAs the Experiential Product Operations Manager located in San Francisco, CA or Birmingham, AL, you will gain valuable experience leading mission-critical initiatives, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and supporting a growing business. This role will also enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.
While no two days are the same, you will analyze key customer metrics and extract insights from diverse feedback channels to develop strategies that improve the end-to-end experience for Shipt's Shopper and Member communities. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to translate the “voice of the customer” into new product opportunities. You will lead initiatives from ideation through execution, oversee multiple concurrent projects, and guide the launch strategy for new product releases in the Shopper and Member apps. You will also take a data-driven approach to assess the impact of each release, develop and implement processes to drive efficiency, and continuously evaluate the customer experience through the lens of Shipt's Purpose & Values.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • You have 5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or operations.
  • You have proven experience leading impactful projects with the ability to manage complexity, influence without authority, and create buy-in.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can dig into complex data sets to inform decisions.
  • You have strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with experience interacting with high-level stakeholders.
  • You have experience with SQL.

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: 

$86,357-$172,715

All other locations:

$72,035-$143,964

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
