Job Description
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you will conduct repairs and replacements of both interior and exterior building system components across all Wisconsin facilities. Additional responsibilities will include painting, drywall repair, and performing comprehensive interior and exterior inspections. You will maintain a well-organized and efficient workshop, managing inventories, records, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Hours: 8am-4pm or 7am-3pm Central Time
Position Compensation Range:
$25.00 - $31.25
Pay Rate Type:
Hourly
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

• You will execute corrective and preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Maintain interior building systems which may include wall protection, attachments or hinges, latches and locking systems, ceiling tiles, carpeting and signage.
• Perform installation and maintenance on roof systems.
• Participate in exterior building related maintenance activities.
• Manage Vendors
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics and plans.
• Demonstrated experience in a team leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience within the utility maintenance environment (landscape, housekeeping, furniture installation).

• Not applicable.
Travel Requirements
• Up to 25%.
Physical Requirements
• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 100 pounds in all directions.
