Four years ago, we successfully launched PragerUKids, a platform empowering parents and educators with the resources, support, and engaging educational content they need to help their children explore America’s blessings and boundless opportunities. Since then, it has continued to grow and inspire families and educators across America. Our mission is to provide enriching, fun, and impactful 'edutainment' that equips kids with the tools to think independently and critically in today’s complex world. Through innovative programming, live events, newsletters, and community connections, PragerUKids fills a unique niche in supplemental education, offering fresh, non-partisan materials that families can trust.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, proofread, and fact-check Kids content to ensure its accuracy and robustness against challenges related to historical context, numerical data, and primary or secondary sourcing.
• Write and refine educational materials, newsletters, and supplemental resources with creativity and precision.
• Ensure scripts and other copy are written in age-appropriate language and maintain factual accuracy.
• Work closely with the team to support the development of a roadmap for each grade tier, addressing gaps, overlooked topics, and revisions in public education today.
• Ensure that a pro-American, values-aligned message is being delivered with our programming consistent with our mission and vision.
• Contribute to additional tasks, such as web copy or marketing materials, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented fact-checker with strong writing skills to ensure accuracy and clarity in educational content for all ages. 
• Prior experience teaching elementary, middle, or high school students is preferred.
• Deep knowledge in subjects such as history, government, foreign affairs, civics, economics, and current events.
• Familiarity and proficiency with using research databases, resources, and tools for fact-checking. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines while staying flexible and adaptable to changing project plans.

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for the final hiring package.
