(Fall) Program Specialist Co-op: June to December 2024

OVERVIEW:

SharkNinja, a multi-billion dollar consumer products company, is seeking a Program Specialist, Global New Product Execution.  The Program Specialist, Global New Product Execution will be responsible for supporting the tracking and execution of new product launches across all global markets for the Shark & Ninja brands.

The Program Specialist will work cross-functionally on a global scale, to bring products to market with a high degree of speed and efficiency ensuring a 5-star quality experience and high rate of sales.

Our Program Specialists actively communicate across several groups to ensure that risks are mitigated, and deliverables are completed on time. They operate with urgency and escalate to senior management in parallel to driving resolutions.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

• Develop and maintain detailed project trackers for all new product launches..
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely completion of specific tasks related to each new product launch.
• Develop, track and manage detailed program timelines and critical launch schedules including interdependencies and constraints of on time execution.
• Partners with Product Development, Product Program Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations and others to ensure new products are launched in line with business objectives.
• Prepares project status overviews for Senior Leadership with proper level of detail
• Builds extensive cross-functional knowledge of business operations to effectively coordinate product launch activities and identify & communicate risks.
• Acts as product champion and takes pride in ownership to achieve results.
• Participates in forums with cross functional teams working through stage gate decisions and processes.
• Communicates effectively with transparency, to key stakeholders across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field
• Ability to support and impact program planning, reporting, risk management, data analysis and process improvement
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with overall sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and problem-solving
• Proficienct in Microsoft Office
