You Are:
Our Federal health team is looking for a Payer Strategy & Delivery Lead. This person will work with our CMO in the design and development of solutions and services to serve Federal payer clients.

The Work:

• Design will focus on innovation to address major challenges relative to a range of payer topics, including payer strategy, payer operations, health plan design, claims management, value-based care and reimbursement, social determinants of health, etc.

Qualifications

Here Is What You Need:

• Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
• Experience working with payers, including Federal payers
• Experience working across payer operational functions and systems, including claims management
• Experience working with payer claims data
• Understanding of major trends in the payer marketspace
• Broader understanding of the payer role in the health ecosystem
• Strong written and oral communications
• Experience advising clients

Bonus Points If:

• Advanced Degree
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Combination of Federal and commercial health experience
• Experience driving and/or supporting business development
