Job Description
Please note this role will be based in Bellevue, WA and will require an onsite presence.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Freshworks. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and events to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts in the assigned region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute field marketing plans to support business objectives and revenue targets in the NA region.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategies.

Plan and execute a variety of events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers.

Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.

Drive attendance and lead generation through targeted outreach, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.

Measure and analyze the performance of field marketing programs and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and sales teams.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in field marketing.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

7-10 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.

Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing programs and events.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business impact.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.

Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
Additional Information
This role is based in the Seattle Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$136,800-196,650 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation
