What do you get to do in this position?

• Follow up by phone or other means with Clients to invite them to answer the survey referring to the service performed, there is no other way than to do it with a degree of proximity like this.
• Compute the indicators of this response rate with reasons why we are not receiving feedback for take actions with the BO Managers.
• Schedule follow-up meetings led by the BO Managers to be able to review in detail the findings in drivers such as Spare Parts, Scheduling, Easy to reach, etc.
• M aintain a diverse team engaged and focused on the project objectives.
• Execute on challenging time constraints, prioritize, and manage indirect resources in a matrix organization

This job might be for you if:

• You are an Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering student (or related), graduating in August 2025 or later.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English, both spoken and written,
• Available to work on morning shift, covering 30 hours per week in the morning.(Hybrid scheme Polanco Office / Home Office).
• Ability to get things done through influence, breaking resistance to change
• Ability to collaborate across multiple businesses, geographies, and functions
• Focused on results.
• Excellent communication skills
• Process oriented
• Customer oriented mindset.
