Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will be responsible for the financial activities of Xsolla Regional Offices.

Responsibilities

• Allocate actual expenses to the appropriate budget departments and ensure accurate recording.
• Coordinate with regional accounting offices to allocate payroll expenses correctly.
• Verify that expenses are recorded in accordance with approved budget plans.
• Maintain and update financial data accurately in financial tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in financial operations.
• Stay informed about developments and updates in the financial industry.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the budget performance.
• Address and resolve budget-related inquiries from regional Xsolla offices.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's in Finance and Accounting. Mathematics, Economics and Engineering degree will be considered.
• Proficiency in Russian and English with speaking and writing skills
• Finance 1-2 years experience in budget control or budget planning will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced skills in Excel, and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
• The ability to use SQL, Google Sheets query, and BigQuery is advantageous
• The ability to use Oracle Netsuite is preferred
• The ability to use Anaplan and JIRA tools is preferred
