Finance Associate

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will support the MFA, as well as the as manufacturing plant(s) to maintain accurate production recording, to include reconciliation of inventory, and resource hours. Miscellaneous responsibilities entail assisting with other areas of finance and purchasing, including, but not limited to processing a/p invoices, back up purchasing, administrative duties including answering of phones and front desk.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Successful candidate will be self-motivated, team player, ability to multitask and problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and power point. Must have 2+ years' experience in purchasing, manufacturing, or operations related fields. Associate degree is preferred, however, will consider related experience.
