Following our $40 million Series B funding led by global venture capital firm NEA, known for investments in Databricks, MongoDB, and Elastic, we are seeking creative and innovative individuals to help us shape the future of Snowplow.

The Opportunity:

As the Snowplow Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving process and system improvements to support the company’s growth.

You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for coordinating the accounting processes for all our international entities. This role requires strong communication skills, and the environment is fast-paced, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and is eager to take the initiative.

Your key responsibilities will include:

● Driving efficient month-end closures, multi-currency consolidations, detailed management accounts preparation, and department budget trackers

● Preparing financial statements and driving both our UK and US Group audits

● Overseeing all transactional processes and payroll, and meeting our working capital requirements

● Proactively ensuring international compliance across the group

● Driving constant improvements in controls, processes and systems

Your profile:

● ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant 

● Strong accounting and controls experience, ideally within a start-up or scaling technology company 

● Excellent Excel and GSuite skills, and experience of Xero would be highly advantageous
