Summary of Position

Working within the IT Enterprise Solutions Transformation Team, this position is responsible for the execution of projects relating to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function with particular focus on Finance Business Process modelling and Enterprise financial analysis & reporting. In this position you'll be exposed to leading industry tools including SAP Signavio (business process modelling) and SAP Analytics Cloud (financial analysis & reporting) as you'll collaborate across Finance and IT in deploying these new capabilities.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

Highlight of responsibilities to include:

• Partner with various stakeholders to identify business process modelling needs, communicate process changes and gather feedback on effectiveness of changes implemented.

• Identify creative ways to improve finance reporting efficiency and effectiveness from needs analysis, by leveraging new technology tools (SAP Analytics Cloud)

• Work with Finance, Business and/or Operational staff at all levels of the organization to understand the requirements of the finance function and how to meet those requirements.

• Prepare and present training material on new processes and tools implemented by the Project Team to Site and Corporate Finance users.

• Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility.

Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Recent Graduate

GPA: Min 3.0

Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19, 2025 - Aug 8, 2025

Technical Skills: MS Office, and any analytical/reporting tools (optional)
