Financial Analysis Advisor, Generic Strategy- Express Scripts

SUMMARY:

The Financial Analysis Advisor works within the Financial Analysis & Pricing support team embedded within the Supply Chain organization. The Advisor will provide financial support for existing and new generic drug strategies. Develop enhancements to current modeling tools in addition to the creation of new tools to accommodate ad hoc analysis. Review and interpret modeling requests in relationship to existing and potential changes to generic drug strategies. Arrive at well thought-out conclusions and communicate the financial results to multiple cross functional groups and levels of management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of both standard and ad hoc financial modeling requests
• Communicate modeling results to business partners and respond to questions
• Identify modeling inefficiencies and communicate them with leadership
• Work collaboratively with multiple business partners throughout the organization on a day to day basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of business analysis, modeling, pricing or data management experience required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and SQL
• Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and collect reports
• Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
• Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency in Alteryx and VBA preferred
• Demonstrated modeling, trending and forecasting skills
• Strong business, organizational and communication skills
