Job Purpose

This position demonstrates the ability to complete advanced complex assignments in an efficient manner requiring full use and application of knowledge. The scope of work includes a wide range of difficult and complex problems requiring originality and ingenuity. This position works with minimal supervision and may plan and assign personnel for given projects or tasks and provides coaching and guidance to lower level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activity of the corporate office with a primary focus on holding company and subsidiary transactions and purchase price allocation.
• Record newly acquired fixed assets, track existing fixed assets, record depreciation, and account for asset disposition.
• Prepare month-end journal entries, upload actuals into HFM/OneStream, and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with audit requests to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Manage intercompany transactions and cost allocation between shared service and global subsidiaries.
• Prepare and upload monthly forecasts into SAP, BVA and HFM/OneStreat
• Assists with various team projects and system implementations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• SAP experience preferred
• HFM/OneStream experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Highly driven/self-starter
