Financial Operations Analyst

Job Responsbilities

• Undertake and analyze customer performance, present reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Management of data and document in systems such as Salesforce, Contract Wrangler, iDeals.
• Responsible for data collection, data analysis, and data presentation for various financial operations tasks.
• Development and creation of various MIS which involves data collection, analysis, and reporting of profitability metrics to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business, provide solutions, and execute transactions.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Must-Have Skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to record and compile data in excel spreadsheets using spreadsheet features and tools including but not limited to lookup functions, pivot table, and other reference functions.
• Tech-savvy skills to support finance and business solutions on various platforms used by the company.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and provide deliverables timely.


• Nice-to-have Skills 
• Domain knowledge in energy efficiency sector and sustainability.
• Experience in Salesforce, Contract Wrangler, NetSuite and/or iDeals.
• Knowledge of the Accounts & Finance and legal systems of United States.
• Ability to communicate with people across all levels.
