Financial Operations Analyst - HYBRID

This is a HYBRID role that requires on-site presence 3 days a week at our St. Louis, MO location

POSITION SUMMARY:

Analyze and process day to day activity involved with pharmacy recoupment as it pertains to the TRICARE contract. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Managing pharmacy debt within contractual terms

• Complete reconciliation process of funds released compared to checks issue to ensure all funds are accurately accounted.

• Process Pharmacy payments

• Complete Financial Adjustments as needed.

• Respond to pharmacy emails and phone calls within 2 business days.

• Complete monthly reporting

• Assist with any ad-hoc reporting and pharmacy research.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field or 3+ years work experience in related field.

• Works and communicates efficiently with team members at all levels within the company.

• Performs well under pressure within team and individual setting.

• Internal drive to finish work by deadlines (self-motivated).

• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills (i.e written, listening, phone skills).

• Effective positive and professional communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas at all levels of management.

• Proven ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently.

• Ability to work cross-functionality to resolve client issues.

• Ability to manage timeliness and meet tight client deadlines.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
