WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for key areas of our ongoing financial planning, guide key decisions with financial insights and help our management to make well-founded operational and strategic decisions.
YOUR MISSION:

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, collaborating with function leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, acting as a finance business partner for key stakeholders across the company.
• Monitor and analyse budget versus actual performance, providing transparency on variances and rolling forecasts.
• Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies, ensuring alignment with Getsafe's overall business goals.

ABOUT YOU:

• You bring a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success in a relevant role.
• You are able to demonstrate analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• You are experienced in creating and maintaining financial models, working with BI tools and data analytics (SQL, Python is a plus)
• You bring a strategic mindset and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and able to navigate through ambiguity.
