Visión general y principales funciones

 

Estamos buscando Un Analista de planeación financiera Para unirse a nuestro equipo.

 

Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Gerente FP&A, usted será responsable de la confección de planillas para la preparación del forecast y presupuesto, análisis de cierre para identificar las principales variaciones y desviaciones. Elaboración y carga de reportes corporativos en las diferentes plataformas diseñadas para tal fin. Seguimiento de los gastos fijos y variables de la compañía generando reportes y controlando desviaciones.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

01. Elaboración de presupuestos y forecast

02. Control de gastos

03. Reportes a casa matriz, asignados al área

04.Revisión y control de los reportes enviados a casa matriz de otras áreas que influyen en los procesos de reporte de Controlling

05. Crear reportes que permitan efectuar seguimiento adecuado

06. Asegurar el correcto reporte de información financiera a casa matriz

07. Promover los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente corporativas, propias de la empresa y establecidos en las normas ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 aplicables al área.

08. Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.

09. Participar activamente en los programas y formación e informar de cualquier asunto asociado (Incidentes, producto no conforme, falla de máquinas, Riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi-incidente).

10. Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

 

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

Ingeniería en control de gestión, Ingeniero en finanzas, Administrador de negocios internacionales, Ingeniería en Administración Mención Finanza.

  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.
  • Experiencia en manejo de Excel avanzado.
  • Conocimiento en SAP.
  • Conocimiento de control de gestión y análisis financiero.
  • Idioma Inglés nivel bajo.
  • Conocimiento de los requisitos normativos: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y 50001 procedimientos internos y corporativos aplicables a su área.

 

 

Overview and key features 

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

 

Based in Santiago de Chile, reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of spreadsheets for the preparation of the forecast and budget, closing analysis to identify the main variations and deviations. Preparation and uploading of corporate reports on the different platforms designed for this purpose. Follow-up of the company's fixed and variable expenses by generating reports and controlling deviations.

 

Main Responsibilities 

01. Budgeting and forecasting

02. Expense control

03. Reports to headquarters, assigned to the area

04. Review and control of reports sent to headquarters in other areas that influence Controlling reporting processes

05. Create reports that allow for adequate follow-up

06. Ensure the correct reporting of financial information to the parent company

07. Promote the corporate safety, quality and environmental requirements, specific to the company and established in the ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 standards applicable to the area.

08. Comply with the company's safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

09. Actively participate in programs and training and report any associated issues (Incidents, non-conforming product, machine failure, potential risks, environmental events, near-incident).

10. Lead safety in the workplace, maintain safe conduct and commit to their safety and take it beyond the company.

 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

 

Management Control Engineering, Finance Engineer, International Business Administrator, Administration Engineering with a Mention in Finance. 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions. Experience in advanced Excel management. Knowledge in SAP. Knowledge of management control and financial analysis. Language: English, low level. Knowledge of regulatory requirements: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 50001 internal and corporate procedures applicable to your area.
