Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant

What You’ll Do
The role will involve deployment of modern FP&A nalytics/Reporting offerings requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop FP&A solutions and best address our customers’ needs across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America.

In this role the FP&A Management Consultant will work directly with customers for hands-on delivery as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from blueprint to go-live. This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high-performance consulting team in a fast-paced environment.

The FP&A Management Consultant will be responsible for leading small project teams as well as serve as an individual contributor ensuring the quality of team delivery thought leadership keeping the team members utilized growing our practice and deepening our relationships with key partners. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required FP&A product capabilities business processes solution mechanics and configuration requirements as well as integration with other technologies. This individual will also counsel client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation journey.

The FP&A Management Consultant must have a good analytical ability and maturity in the analysis of FP&A processes: P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Project/Order/Cost Center Planning as well as proven experience in SAP BPC or SAC Planning projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP BPC: Data Modelling Business Rules Consolidation Journals Security EPM Addin Reporting.
• SAP Analytics Cloud: Data Modelling Stories Allocation Data Action Processes Security.
• SAP BPC Optimized: Simple Finance Strategic Planning Liquidity Planning.
• Practical experience in implementing SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud projects.
• This role also requires skills in team coordination and project governance and therefore with focus also on taking care of Client’s needs.
• You should have a good analytical ability and maturity in the analysis of FP&A processes: P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Project/Order/Cost Center Planning.
• Solid experience in SAP BPC or SAC Planning projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of modelling on SAP BW on HANA SAP BW/4HANA SAP HANA is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP complementary tools namely BlackLine Magnitude OpenText Workiva Celonis OneStream Anaplan Twenty-Five Profinda Replicon Fieldglass a plus.
• Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP S/4HANA Finance as well as an eagerness to learn prototype and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
