Fixed Ops Information Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Fixed Ops Information Specialist role should analyze, edit, review, track and publish automotive repair and collision content using a proprietary software suite.
• Manage service pricing guide and service menu data by OEM specifications
• Collaborate with product mangers to understand and implementation team to elaborate about the service menu and service price guide specifications data.
• Engage with dealer partners to review/validate and update the service price guide and service menu ongoing updates to improve processes and quality control
• Ability to work due-diligently and review OEM specifications changes and update the service price guide and service menu
• Coach new hires and employees on service price guide, service menu, and domain terminologies.
• Research and answer technical questions related to automotive systems and data partners like Motor Data, Infomedia, and OEM specification products
• Expected to be subject matter expert by clearly understanding the OE data structure, OE content types, OE content capabilities and the ability to be a decision maker related to content processing for an assigned manufacturer.
• Assist, motivate, and accelerate team members’ personal development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair and collision content experience
• Ability to work with remote teams to coach and train them in automotive services
• Exceptional knowledge in vehicle dealer operation with services and parts and match with OEM vehicle service guidelines with advanced computer, communication and clearly demonstrated automotive proficiencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 10%
