Accompagne la mise en œuvre des processus de rémunération et des avantages sociaux de GE Vernova au sein des populations de GE Vernova situées en France (environ 7500 salariés).
Vous fournirez un soutien, des conseils et une expertise analytique sur les pratiques et les programmes C&B afin d'améliorer la capacité de l'organisation à attirer, retenir et motiver des personnes talentueuses.

Supports the implementation of GE Vernova's compensation and benefits processes within GE Vernova's populations located in France (around 7,500 employees).
You will provide support, advice and analytical expertise on C&B practices and programs to improve the organization's ability to attract, retain and motivate talented people.

Job Description

Fonctions et Responsabilités

  • Mettre en Ĺ“uvre les programmes C&B pour rĂ©pondre aux besoins des entreprises
  • Soutenir le processus de revue annuelle des salaires en analysant les donnĂ©es du marchĂ© et en fournissant des rapports Ă  valeur ajoutĂ©e dĂ©taillant le positionnement concurrentiel du marchĂ© pour l'entreprise
  • Effectuer des analyses ad hoc, y compris la crĂ©ation de modèles pour soutenir les besoins de l'entreprise en matière de rĂ©munĂ©ration et d'avantages sociaux
  • Conseiller et collaborer avec les Ă©quipes RH sur toutes les questions liĂ©es Ă  la rĂ©munĂ©ration
  • Fournir un soutien pour tout litige liĂ© Ă  la rĂ©munĂ©ration ou Ă  la conformitĂ© de la rĂ©glementation
  • Surveiller le secteur et le marchĂ© externe et fournir une analyse de l'impact des dĂ©veloppements pertinents dans les domaines de la rĂ©munĂ©ration et des avantages sociaux
  • Veiller Ă  ce que tous les programmes concernĂ©s soient pleinement conformes Ă  la lĂ©gislation en vigueur Ă  tout moment
  • Apprendre et adopter un Ă©tat d'esprit LEAN dans son travail, en recherchant activement des opportunitĂ©s de dialogue avec les collègues de GE Vernova afin d'optimiser les processus et de renforcer l'efficacitĂ© Ă  tout moment. Viser en particulier Ă  garantir que les tâches rĂ©pĂ©titives/manuelles soient rĂ©duites ou automatisĂ©es

Qualifications requises

  • Le poste requiert une première expĂ©rience de minimum 3 ans dans le domaine des ressources humaines et la gestion de tous les aspects des programmes C&B en France
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  contribuer Ă  la maintenance et Ă  la mise en Ĺ“uvre d'une stratĂ©gie Total Rewards rĂ©pondant aux besoins de l'entreprise, tout en opĂ©rant dans un environnement difficile
  • Souci du dĂ©tail et solide expĂ©rience quantitative et analytique
  • Maitrise avancĂ©e d'Excel
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  adopter et dĂ©velopper un Ă©tat d'esprit LEAN dans tous les aspects du rĂ´le
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  travailler de manière autonome ; motivĂ©, organisĂ©
  • MaĂ®trise complète du français et de l'anglais

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement C&B programs to meet business needs
  • Support the annual salary review process by analyzing market data and providing value-added reports detailing the competitive market positioning for the business
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, including modeling to support the business's compensation and benefits needs
  • Advise and collaborate with HR teams on all compensation-related matters
  • Provide support for any compensation-related litigation or regulatory compliance
  • Monitor the industry and external market and provide impact analysis of relevant developments in the areas of compensation and benefits
  • Ensure that all relevant programs are fully compliant with current legislation at all times
  • Learn and adopt a LEAN mindset in your work, actively seeking opportunities for dialogue with GE Vernova colleagues to optimize processes and drive efficiencies at all times. Aim in particular to ensure that repetitive/manual tasks are reduced or automated

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Human Resources and management of all aspects of C&B programs in France.
  • Proven ability to contribute to the maintenance and implementation of a Total Rewards strategy that meets the needs of the business, whilst operating in a challenging environment
  • Attention to detail and strong quantitative and analytical background
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Adopts and develops a LEAN mindset in all aspects of the role
  • Able to work independently; motivated, organised
  • Fully fluent in French and English
