THE ROLE 

We’re always seeking strong freelance candidates for opportunities that arise throughout the year for both project-based and contract work. We’re seeking folks that can be called in on a moment’s notice or planned well in advance for a longer stay. Designers are our lifeblood. These diligent individuals are deeply involved in projects from inception to final delivery. They demonstrate total focus and commitment to every project—whether the concept springs from a team brainstorming session, a creative director’s vision, or their own unique perspectives. They understand the client’s needs, and endeavor to manage associated budgets and schedules. Because their passion drives them to continually improve their understanding of digital communications, our designers are inspired by industry icons, up-to-speed on the latest techniques and tools, and eager to learn, and keen to share.

Some of the projects you will have the opportunity to work on include designing new concepts for websites, marketing assets, landing pages, interactive experiences, assessment tools and information graphics.

Note: This role is Freelance - can be located anywhere on west, central and east coast time zones within the US.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• Advanced in Photoshop, & Illustrator
• Experienced in Figma and Sketch
• Experience working within an agency on multiple client projects concurrently
• Proven ability to generate compelling, results-driven digital designs for web, mobile, and social media platforms
• A deep understanding of typography, design layouts and principles, image manipulations, and best practices across digital platforms
• Strong foundation in graphic and digital visual design, graphic iconography, and styling
• Excellent ability to manipulate and/or create graphic assets
• Strong understanding UI standards and best practices
• Understanding of UX 
• Accessibility experience preferred
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Great verbal and written skills

Portfolio must include UI and/or visual design samples from previous work.

Contract Terms:

• 100% remote
• Payment in USD
• Availability to work in CDT time zone/Monday to Friday
