We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Front-End Developer (FED) to join our marketing technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining our blog site, creating visually striking landing pages, and supporting marketing-driven initiatives through web technology. Your expertise will enable us to deliver exceptional digital experiences that captivate our audience.

• Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of our blog site to reflect brand identity and enhance user engagement.
• Build highly creative, interactive, and responsive landing pages featuring animations, videos, and cutting-edge design effects.
• Deliver cross-device compatible designs using HTML5, CSS3, and Sass, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to align with business goals, ensuring scalability and ease of use.
• Integrate interactive animations and effects using modern frameworks and libraries or native CSS animations.
• Work closely with designers and marketing teams to implement campaigns and product launches. Collaborate on Figma designs to deliver pixel-perfect web interfaces.
• Implement marketing strategies on the web through advanced tracking, forms, and integration with third-party tools.
• Optimize web performance and implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and fast load times.

Requirements

• 4+ years of strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, Sass, responsive design, and delivering pixel-perfect implementations.
• 4+ years of extensive experience with WordPress development (PHP) and custom plugin creation.
• Proficient in converting Figma designs into functioning, interactive web pages.
• Experience with implementing advanced animations and effects.
• Comfortable working with marketing and design teams on product and campaign launches.
• Experience in building tools and pages for marketing campaigns, including customer-facing assets.
• Experience building responsive and compatible email templates - Advantage.
• Analytics background (e.g., Mixpanel, GA) - Advantage.
• Familiarity with React for creating reusable, dynamic components - Advantage.
• Knowledge of working with Braze for marketing automation and customer engagement - Advantage.
• Fast learner: Ability to quickly master concepts, disciplines, and methods, and driven by a thirst for knowledge.
• Team Player with great communication skills.
