Join our Accelerator Team as a Digital Full Stack Developer on the Consumer Team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare.

In this role, you'll collaborate with teammates to bring new product features to life, build and optimize products that reach consumers worldwide. You'll also partner with our product team to shape and refine new requirements and designs, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of users.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing high performance, highly available & scalable applications with a micro-services architecture and an understanding of observability
• Add to our existing services or roll out a new service to support this feature
• Identify and help troubleshoot an issue affecting users in one of our many regions in the world
• Participate in defining new product requirements and design together with the product team

About you

Experience:

• Experience in scaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity
• Practice in performing sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional, interdisciplinary environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus

Soft skills:

• Must be a passionate communicator, willing to challenge and enhance ideas while preserving relationships
• Personal ownership of tasks and tenacious approach to finding and fixing the root cause of issues
