Zions is seeking a Full-Stack Developer

Zions Bancorporation has an opportunity for a Full-stack Developer with Java, Angular/React/JavaScript experience and eager to work with various platforms to join the Digital Strategy Project team that works on projects to expand our digital presence through cutting edge technologies. You can be on the front line of our entrepreneurial projects.

As a full-stack developer you will be responsible for developing delightful digital and mobile experiences on various technology platforms for our users.

The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to effectively participate with cross-functional teams and customers in collaborative design and development activities dealing with complex applications and challenges. You will be detail oriented, focused on delivering high quality deliverables, have a passion for the field of software development, and possess customer empathy with a drive to create outstanding customer experiences and improved solutions. This position requires regular face-to-face interaction with teams, business stakeholders, and executives in Salt Lake City, Utah

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management and business partners to iteratively build robust and scalable solutions.
• Create style sheets, templates, and components within various development solutions/platforms and implement to accomplish business objectives. (e.g., SalesForce, etc)
• Create solutions, reporting, experiences and/or automation leveraging various technologies. (e.g., Jython, Python, DQL, SQL, JavaScript, APEX, Java, etc)
• Design and integrate with both internal and external APIs and adhere to development lifecycle best practices.
• Document and showcase feature designs/workflows demonstrating created solutions directly to stakeholders and/or customers.
• Document business process, application, and data flows. (e.g., model driven development and UML experience a plus)
• Research, analyze and recommend technology features, functionality, and development solutions for our digital platform.
• Champion and participate in Agile ceremonies and methodologies and demonstrate the value of incremental value delivery.
• Document and participate in SDLC activities.
• Stay current on industry and development latest trends and technologies.
• Experience with public, private, and/or hybrid cloud implementations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Some experience with Java. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Some experience with React, Angular, or Javascript. (Certifications a plus)
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Jython or Python
• Demonstrate working knowledge of SQL, or DQL

Pay Range: $70,000-$115000

Location: This opportunity can be located in Salt Lake City, UT or 100% remote within the United States
