The project

TECKpert is seeking an Entry-Level Full Stack Engineer to join our team in building AI-powered software solutions for our clients. You will work on multiple AI-driven projects, with one key initiative being QuantumRecruit, an innovative recruitment platform that utilizes AI and machine learning technologies to streamline hiring processes.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and efficient AI-based software products for a variety of industries. You’ll collaborate with a team of skilled engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-driven software products for various client projects, including QuantumRecruit.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and implement advanced AI features into applications.
• Integrate APIs from OpenAI and other AI/ML platforms into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, refine system performance, and enhance user experience.
• Build and refine simple user interfaces (UIs) to provide a seamless user experience.
• Work on automation and data management tasks related to AI technologies.
• Implement best practices for secure, scalable, and maintainable application development.
• Contribute to projects leveraging Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
   

Compensation and Term 

This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position. Pay varies with experience up to $110,000 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire. 

Qualifications you need

A successful candidate possesses or provides the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic projects may count).
• At least 3 years of experience with AI/ML technologies, with a preference for working with OpenAI tools or similar platforms.
• Experience in automation and data management related to AI applications.
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for learning and growing in AI-powered software development.
