Permanent full-time position

Hybrid model - Cabrini Corporate Office Hawthorn East & WFH

Salary $120,000 + superannuation

How you will make an impact

The Functional Specialist - Corporate Applications (Chris21) works collaboratively with the People and Culture (P&C), Payroll, and Information Technology (IT) teams, to configure, implement and administer Cabrini Australia's payroll system Chris21, and support their colleagues with other corporate applications (Dimensions, Workday, JDE).

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and onsite at the Corporate Office in Hawthorn East.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal Chris21 expert, including system configuration and integration.

  • Support your colleagues to configure, implement and administer our Time & Attendance (Dimensions), HRIS (Workday), and Finance (JDE) systems including integrations as required.

  • Establish a schedule to monitor, review and plan Chris21 feature releases and supports the assessment of impacts to related systems (e.g. Dimensions, Workday) in coordination with P&C, Payroll, Information Technology (IT).

  • Lead, plan, and facilitate user training and adoption.

About you

The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified with technical experience in Payroll systems. You will also have the following:

  • Minimum 3+ years in Chris21 application administration.

  • System configuration and integration experience.

  • The maturity to sensitively deal with highly confidential information and data.

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. This includes facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt these to a diverse range of stakeholders and contexts.

  • Ability to plan, prioritise and ultimately deliver in a busy environment.

  • Experience using Excel to produce reports and analyse data is essential.

  • A successful record of achievement in a medium to large sized organisation.
