We are seeking a G&A Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team to support our growth efforts in 2025. This is a contract position

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent for administrative, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success positions through proactive networking and targeted recruiting strategies
• Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for non-technical roles
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional interaction
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and professional networking events when necessary

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on top of funnel sourcing efforts
• Experience supporting a recruiting team and hiring managers
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar 
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Understanding and experience working in the financial industry Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain industry

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
