ABOUT THE TEAM

In 2011, we launched our own collection with the mission of presenting the latest trend / fast fashion products at affordable prices.

The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology at every process from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes,
• Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability,
• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes,
• Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements,
• Conduct fit evaluations of garments by analyzing measurements and conducting fittings on live models or fit mannequins,
• Collaborate with garment manufacturers and suppliers to communicate technical requirements, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards,
• Conduct supplier assessments and audits to evaluate their technical capabilities,
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising garment quality,
• Provide technical guidance and training to cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and quality control staff,
• Leading and mentoring a team of garment technologists, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree preferably in Textil Engineering,
• At least 8 years of experience in textile and fashion process,
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership and coaching experience,
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead large teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders as needed,
• Having business judgment and good instincts while working closely with TrendyolMilla teams,
• Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve supplier problems,
• Results-oriented, well-organized, autonomous and efficient,
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills, excited to work with different teams within the company,
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
