Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Consulting Associates are new hires who are graduates between 0-2 years of experience they are new to the corporate workplace. This Program helps new associates gain foundational knowledge through an engaging and interactive onboarding and induction centered around working in The IBM Way. Introduce them to our history provide an overview of IBM and Consulting our strategy our organization structure eight key offerings market approach and our emphasis on research and innovation.

As a Consulting Associate you will gain exposure to Data AI Cloud Snowflake SAP Delivery Quality Agile Problem solving and of course you will have a career journey plan.Join us and you’ll collaborate with extraordinary insightful people in an environment that cultivates creativity and individuality rewarding diverse thinking and bold ideas.

Together with your project team you will:

• assist in the design business architect process development functional implementation and support of GenAI /AI / Data solution – our team takes on the challenge of designing developing business and technical components and integrating software packages using various tools
• experience & demonstrate understanding of overall AI & Data architecture and platform
• use a mix of consultative skills business knowledge and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results
• get to know Agile Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle
• support – as a practice team member – our GenAI AI and Data consulting offering

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We look for team members with general business awareness a professional & innovative mindset passion for tech and appetite for large enterprise solutions who:

• Have a master degree in the Information Technology / Economics / Business Management / Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems / Big Data / Computer Science / Digital Commerce area
• Have an academic understanding of GenAI AI and Data processing trends and technologies
• Quickly understands existing business processes/solutions to translate this into end user needs and technical requirements for new ways of working
• Thrive in ever changing technology-based service environments – motivated by learning new technologies and solving client problems together
• Easily connect with new stakeholders and builds professional relationships with other IBMers clients and business partners
• Have a strong communication skills in both Polish and English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous experience in providing Consulting services related to strategically driven implementation adoption operation and expansion of Data and AI technologies: Snowflake Databricks IBM Watsonx
• Hands on experience with GenAI solutions and models deployed for business or technical problem solving implementation
• Passion for the AI domain and use of technology to solve business problems
• A solid understanding of general business data monetization concepts and strategies
• An innovative problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
• Previous experience of Agile (Scrum/ Kanban) project management methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud related technologies
• Knowledge of cloud providers (Azure AWS GCP IBM)
