Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 - MultiService for our operations at Jenner's Pond, an upscale continuing care retirement community located in West Grove, Pennsylvania . This General Manager will oversee the facilities/engineering maintenance, housekeeping and laundry operations for 2 buildings on campus. Will report to the District Manager and manage one Environmental Services Manager.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• have operations and maintenance management experience ideally in a healthcare/ senior living environment;
• strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, fire protection, safety systems, civil, low voltage, demolition, architectural and energy management;
• are an expert in building and maintaining strong customer/client relationships;
• experience with OSHA and Life Safety requirements;
• possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
• can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management;
• strong financial acumen and budget management experience; and are proficient with computers and other technology.
