Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Multi-Service (GMMS) who will have oversight of Food Services and Environmental Services at MarinHealth Medical Center located in Greenbrae, CA.

MarinHealth includes three major entities - a hospital, foundation, and network of expert clinicians - and our combined offering provides North Bay residents with a wide spectrum of high quality services from health and wellness education to diagnosis to advanced treatment and beyond for injuries and illness of all kinds.

Candidates in this role must have a CDM or RD Certification.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations for Food and EVS
• oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
• collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
• Oversight on EVS team ensuring policies and procedures are being followed according to JACHO regulations
• have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department.
