Job Description

The Geospatial Consultant provides technical development solutions support to our Integrated Energy customer. You will work closely with the various digital portfolio teams to provide specialist expertise and data management, analytics, visualization solutions across a wide range of business domains including Operations, Projects, Crisis, Renewables, Refining and Retail.
The Geospatial Consultant is a role for those who have a passion for data and a zeal to unlock and use data and analytics to inform better business decisions.

Required
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Python and understanding how to build high-performance UI applications capable of visualizing large amounts of data.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS languages and frameworks).
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud is preferable.
• Proven experience developing dynamic front-end web applications.
• Writing clean code with well-defined abstractions that reduce complexity.
• Passionate about implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Knowledge and Utilization of REST API and other web services for integrating.
• Experience with at least one RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc) and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Experience in Azure Repo with knowledge of git and Azure Containers.
