Nous sommes une équipe performante engagée à donner aux professionnels de la santé et aux patients les moyens d'agir contre les maladies pouvant être prévenues.

Un Gestionnaire de comptes majeurs est un conseiller de confiance et le point de contact principal des comptes clients clés. Le gestionnaire de comptes majeurs a pour responsabilité de travailler en partenariat avec les comptes majeurs dans le but de générer une croissance commerciale durable, le tout en agissant dans des domaines d'intérêt mutuel pour de notre entreprise et le client.

Le Gestionnaire de comptes majeurs relève de notre directeur des ventes Vaccins et travaille en étroite collaboration avec des collègues d'équipes multidisciplinaires tels que Marketing, Accès, Politique, Légal et Conformité. Les comptes majeurs comprennent, sans toutefois s'y limiter : les pharmacies, les associations de professionnels de la santé, les cliniques ou groupes médicaux, les cliniques de voyage, les universités.

Responsabilités principales:

  • DĂ©velopper un partenariat solide et un engagement Ă  long terme avec les comptes majeurs, par la cocrĂ©ation de solutions commerciales gagnant-gagnant pour de notre entreprise et les clients.
  • Identifier les besoins non satisfaits et/ou en Ă©volution des clients grâce Ă  une connaissance approfondie du marchĂ© et une comprĂ©hension poussĂ©e des besoins et des objectifs des comptes majeurs.
  • Élaborer, mettre en Ĺ“uvre et exĂ©cuter des plans d'affaires stratĂ©giques en collaboration avec le compte majeur, en tenant compte des opportunitĂ©s commerciales Ă  court et Ă  long terme.
  • Assurer un suivi du plan d'affaires des comptes clients grâce Ă  des mesures de succès bien dĂ©finies ainsi que la progression des projets en fonction d'indicateurs de performance clĂ©s permettant l'atteinte des objectifs de notre entreprise et ceux du client.
  • Collaborer et travailler en partenariat avec les Ă©quipes multidisciplinaires afin de maximiser les opportunitĂ©s au sein des comptes majeurs, tout en assurant un alignement avec les stratĂ©gies commerciales de l'unitĂ© d'affaires.
  • Identifier des solutions nouvelles et innovantes pour rĂ©pondre aux besoins et aux dĂ©fis des clients, ainsi que des moyens crĂ©atifs leur offrant de la valeur ajoutĂ©e.
  • Tirer parti de l'analyse des donnĂ©es et des informations commerciales Ă  disposition pour identifier de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s et stimuler la croissance commerciale de l'entreprise.
  • Incorporer les apprentissages acquis pour remodeler l'approche stratĂ©gique avec les comptes majeurs et les plans d'affaires clients.

Qualifications:

  • BaccalaurĂ©at en commerce ou l'Ă©quivalent.
  • ExpĂ©rience passĂ©e dans la gestion des comptes majeurs, la vente ou la gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Autonome avec un dĂ©sir de s'Ă©panouir dans un environnement rapide et en constante Ă©volution.
  • Solide habiletĂ© en relation et dĂ©veloppement client.
  • Excellentes capacitĂ©s de rĂ©flexion stratĂ©gique et analytique.

Our Vaccines business unit is highly dedicated to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to increase disease and immunization awareness in the community. We are a high performing team committed to empower health professionals and patients to act towards preventable diseases.

A Key Account Manager is a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to key customer accounts. The Key Account Manager is responsible for partnering with key accounts to drive sustainable business growth, acting in the interest of our Company in areas of mutual interest to both our Company and the customer.

The Key Account Manager reports to our Vaccines Sales Director and works closely with colleagues from other functions: Marketing, Access, Policy, Legal & Compliance and more. Key accounts include but are not limited to: Pharmacies, Health Care Professional Associations, Medical Clinics/Groups, Travel Clinics, Universities, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnership and long-term engagement with key accounts, by the co-creation of business solutions that are win-win for our Company and the customers.
  • Identify unmet and/or evolving customer needs through in-depth market and thorough understanding of the key account needs and goals.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with the key account, considering short and long-term business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer account plans through clear measures of success, and track projects based on metrics and Key Performance Indicators to deliver on our Company's and key account's goals.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities within key accounts, whilst ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Identify new and innovative solutions to address customer needs and challenges as well as creative ways to deliver value to customers.
  • Leverage data analytics and business insights to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Incorporate learnings to reshape the key accounts strategy and customers plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in key account management/sales/supplier management.
  • Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
