Le responsable principal(e) travaillera avec divers intervenants au sein des unités commerciales, identifiera les besoins, élaborera et dispensera une formation appropriée pour assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires (GxP) et au système de gestion de la qualité (QMS) de McKesson, en accord avec les objectifs commerciaux.

Section A - Responsabilités spécifiques
  • Responsable du programme de formation et de dĂ©veloppement liĂ© aux activitĂ©s GxP
  • Mise en Ĺ“uvre et gestion de la stratĂ©gie de formation
  • Veiller Ă  ce que le programme de formation interne de McKesson soit conforme aux exigences rĂ©glementaires externes
  • Collaborer avec les dĂ©partements des services partagĂ©s de la QualitĂ© Corporative afin d'intĂ©grer au mieux le LMS (Learning Management system) au QMS (Quality Management System)
  • Veiller Ă  ce que toutes les unitĂ©s commerciales respectent le programme de formation, les procĂ©dures opĂ©rationnelles standard ainsi que les modèles et la structure de formation
  • GĂ©rer toutes les demandes de formation et les mises Ă  jour, y compris tous les horaires et affectations liĂ©s Ă  l'intĂ©gration des nouveaux employĂ©s et Ă  la formation Corporative QualitĂ©.
  • Superviser et collaborer avec d'autres dĂ©partements que la qualitĂ© pour la mise en Ĺ“uvre de nouvelles formations
  • Soutenir les responsables dans le dĂ©veloppement des membres de l'Ă©quipe grâce Ă  des parcours de carrière
  • Concevoir et dispenser des cours en ligne, des ateliers et d'autres mĂ©thodes de formation
  • Dispenser du matĂ©riel de formation liĂ© Ă  la qualitĂ© d'entreprise / GxP
  • Mettre en Ĺ“uvre diverses mĂ©thodes d'apprentissage dans toute l'entreprise (coaching, observation de postes, formation en ligne) en utilisant les outils appropriĂ©s d'apprentissage et de dĂ©veloppement
  • Évaluer les compĂ©tences en dĂ©veloppement individuel et organisationnel
  • Superviser la mise en Ĺ“uvre d'un programme de formation axĂ© sur les compĂ©tences dans les centres de distribution. Coordonner et animer des sessions de formation pilotes avant un dĂ©ploiement plus large Ă  tous les employĂ©s concernĂ©s
  • Examiner et coordonner la rĂ©vision des plans de formation et du matĂ©riel de formation actuels
  • Évaluer le succès et l'efficacitĂ© des plans de dĂ©veloppement et du programme de formation
  • Superviser la disponibilitĂ© du matĂ©riel de formation pour l'intĂ©gration des nouveaux employĂ©s (s'assurer qu'il est Ă  jour, disponible dans le meilleur format, attribuĂ© au bon personnel, etc.)
  • Diriger des projets de formation internes
  • Recruter et superviser des spĂ©cialistes de la formation et du dĂ©veloppement
  • Encadrer et conseiller les formateurs identifiĂ©s
  • Animer les rĂ©unions d'Ă©quipe lorsque nĂ©cessaire
  • Élaborer et rapporter des indicateurs de performance pertinents en matière de formation tels que des Indicateurs de performances clĂ©s (KPI) et Indicateurs clĂ©s de conformitĂ© (KCI)
  • Assurer l'intĂ©gration des formateurs, le cas Ă©chĂ©ant
  • Mettre en place un système de surveillance permettant de mesurer rĂ©gulièrement les indicateurs de performance clĂ©s (KPI) et les indicateurs clĂ©s de conformitĂ© (KCIs)
  • PrĂ©senter les rĂ©sultats des mesures mises en Ĺ“uvre / de la formation Ă  la direction
  • Recommander, identifier et soutenir la mise en Ĺ“uvre d'une nouvelle plateforme de gestion de l'apprentissage, le cas Ă©chĂ©ant
  • Maintenir et amĂ©liorer les matrices de formation des employĂ©s des unitĂ©s commerciales.


Section B - Responsabilités générales
  • Veiller Ă  la conformitĂ© de la formation aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise
  • Interagir quotidiennement avec des groupes de pairs fonctionnels et diriger les responsables pour assurer l'achèvement des activitĂ©s. L'interaction implique gĂ©nĂ©ralement l'Ă©change ou la prĂ©sentation d'informations factuelles
  • Superviser les membres de l'Ă©quipe qui effectuent une tâche unique ou plusieurs tâches Ă©troitement liĂ©es. Interagir avec d'autres superviseurs et/ou d'autres domaines fonctionnels pour accomplir les tâches assignĂ©es
  • Participer, lorsque nĂ©cessaire, Ă  la crĂ©ation et Ă  la rĂ©vision des procĂ©dures opĂ©rationnelles standard (SOP) et des instructions de travail (WI)
  • Diriger et soutenir des projets spĂ©ciaux et des missions selon les besoins.
  • Rester Ă  jour sur les changements lĂ©gislatifs, rĂ©glementaires et techniques
  • Coacher les formateurs lors de la prestation des sessions d'intĂ©gration selon les besoins
  • Respecter toutes les politiques de l'entreprise, les PON et les IT pertinents
  • Participer Ă  des prĂ©sentations (audits, prĂ©sentations de compĂ©tences, etc.), si nĂ©cessaire.


Section C - Exigences du poste

Éducation:
  • BSc/BA en administration des affaires, psychologie ou dans un domaine connexe et/ou baccalaurĂ©at en sciences en chimie, biologie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Certification professionnelle en formation et apprentissage est un plus
  • Certificat en gestion de projet est un plus

Compétences techniques:
  • Plus de 9 ans d'expĂ©rience professionnelle dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des domaines connexes dans le domaine de la formation et du dĂ©veloppement / dĂ©partement de formation.
  • ExpĂ©rience pertinente en leadership et en gestion d'Ă©quipe (plus d'1 an d'expĂ©rience)
  • ExpĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e en tant que responsable de la formation et du dĂ©veloppement, responsable de la formation ou rĂ´le similaire.
  • Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français, Ă  l'oral et Ă  l'Ă©crit)
  • Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura Ă  soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du QuĂ©bec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par consĂ©quent, ce poste requiert une maĂ®trise de l'anglais Ă  l'Ă©crit et Ă  l'oral. Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Quality Systems and Private Label, the Senior Manager of Training and Development, will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a training platform and programs for employees under GXP regulations. The Senior Manager, Training & Development is a key role within Corporate Quality Shared Services and is the main point of contact for all Business units for training purposes.

The Senior Manager will be working with various stakeholders within the business units, identifying needs, developing, and delivering appropriate training to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP) and the McKesson Quality Management System (QMS) practical aspects aligned with the business objectives.

Section A - Specific Responsibilities
  • Process owner of the Training and Development program related to GxP's activities
  • Driving implementation and management of Training Strategy
  • Ensure compliance of McKesson's internal training program is aligned with external regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Quality Shared Service departments to best integrate the LMS program with the QMS
  • Ensure all Business units adhere to the training program, SOPs along with the templates and structure of training
  • Manage all training requests and updates including all schedules & assignments related to New Hire Onboarding & Corporate Quality Training
  • Supervise and collaborate with other departments than Quality the implementation of new training
  • Support managers in developing team members through career paths
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training methods
  • Deliver training material related to Corporate Quality / GxP
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) using appropriate learning and development tools
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development skills
  • Oversee the implementation of a Distribution Center competency-based training program. Coordinate and run pilot training sessions prior to a wider roll out to all impacted employees
  • Review and coordinate revision of current training plans and training material
  • Assess the success and effectiveness of development plans and training program
  • Oversee availability of new hire onboarding training materials (ensure they're up to date, available in the best format, assigned to the right staff, etc.)
  • Lead key internal Training projects
  • Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
  • Coaching & mentoring identified Trainers
  • Lead team meetings when required
  • Develop and report relevant training performance metrics such as KPIs & KCIs
  • Lead onboarding of Trainers, when applicable
  • Build/Implement monitoring system that allows measurement of the KPIs/KCIs on a regular basis
  • Present the outcome of the implemented measures / training to management
  • Recommend, identify, and support in the implementation of a new Learning Management platform, when applicable
  • Maintain and improve Business units employee training matrixes.


Section B - General Responsibilities
  • Ensure GMP training compliance across the business
  • Interacts daily with functional peer groups and directs manager to ensure completion of activities. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information
  • Supervises team members who perform either a single task, or multiple but closely related tasks. Interacts with other supervisors and/or other functional areas to complete assigned tasks
  • Participate when required, in the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (WIs)
  • Lead and support special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Remain current on legislative, regulatory, and technical changes
  • Coach trainers with the delivery of onboarding sessions as required
  • Follow all relevant company policies, SOPs and WIs
  • Participate in presentations (audits, capability presentations etc.), if required
  • Always keep the work area safe, organized, and clean.


Section C - Position Key Requirements

Education:
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field and/or Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry, Biology or in a related field
  • Training, Learning Professional certification is a plus
  • Project Management is a plus.

Technical and Soft Skills:
  • 9+ years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields in learning & development / training department.
  • Relevant experience in Leadership and managing a team (1+ year of experience)
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role
  • Perfectly bilingual (spoken/written English and French)
  • The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Superior written and verbal communication and strong case management skills
  • Expert knowledge of diverse learning & development training tools
  • Documentation management, Quality systems
  • Pharmaceutical or pharmacological background, or health care professional background
  • Knowledge of Health Canada's GMP Regulations including those applied to wholesalers and distributors/importers. will be an asset
  • Experience of electronic Quality Management System / Learning Management Systems (LMS) in an established QA function within pharmaceutical/healthcare industries
  • Excellent computer skills including strength of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp business content quickly
  • Experience with the development and reporting of performance metrics
  • Experience in Project Management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage several projects at once

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication skills
