Kimberly-Clark is looking for an energetic, transformative program lead who will drive the digital experience strategy and design within our HR Global Operation's Employee Experience team. This Global Digital Experience Lead will drive the delivery and continuous improvement of the HR digital experience based upon employee centric design principles and aligned with Kimberly-Clark's values.

This role will partner heavily with all HR Global Centers of Expertise, Regional Business Partners, IT Business Partners, and HR Operations delivery teams, both internal and external to Kimberly-Clark. Additionally, this role will be responsible for designing and managing the strategic digital experience roadmap, including continuous improvement projects, enhancement prioritization and governance, and oversight for business requirements, user acceptance testing, and success measures and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global delivery and optimization of the HR digital experience leveraging ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD, the HR employee experience interface) and Socrates (third party chatbot).
  • Lead and manage matrixed cross functional, global teams, including additional K-C and vendor teams, to ensure successful design of employee centric processes and workflows with effective functional integration.
  • Leverage technology to automate and optimize experiences including but not limited to portal, knowledge management, case management, document management, virtual agent, live agent chat, reporting and dashboards.
  • Develop and drive the digital experience roadmap, including ServiceNow HRSD and chatbot platforms in partnership with IT for upgrades, enhancements, testing, and intake of new features.
  • Drive collaboration and prioritization between business and technology groups to ensure business project requirements are met with innovative and scalable technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a governance structure that effectively manages the recommendations from the regional and business HR teams aligned with HR employee experience guidelines for global delivery solutions.
  • Develop and monitor scorecards and/or other tools to measure success of process and experience improvement initiatives and expected outcomes.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve issues to manage risk and ensure on-time solution delivery.
  • Foster an employee-centric culture by continually driving and leading digital experience initiatives while delivering process excellence, cost optimization and stakeholder value. Collaborate with user advisory groups as needed for employee-centric design, testing, and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in HR, IT or business field
  • Global team leadership or project management experience required; strong project management skills and technical program implementation experience
  • 10+ years HR related experience or a combination of HR and related IT experience (HR technology),
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
  • Strong influencing skills and experience in highly matrixed, complex global organization
  • Experience in an outsourced, HR Shared Services delivery model
  • Business process design experience or user experience design thinking skills
  • Experience with formalized change management programs
  • Knowledge of and ability to articulate to stakeholders/partners the benefits of supporting cross-functional objectives to achieve the strategic plan
