Incumbent will develop and provide best-in-class programs that reduce risk and inefficiencies; improving overall experience for internal colleagues, KOL partners and customers by executing in the following areas:

  • Mitigation of company and KOL partner risk through training, policies, governance, and guidance.
  • Harmonization and modernization of global programs to identify, segment, retain and engage the best KOLs.
  • Ensure strategic alignment and diversity of our KOL network to empower dental professionals to advance

    with confidence.

The Global KOL Governance COE Manager helps achieve these objectives with responsibility to manage and deliver related work initiatives and programs as detailed below.

  • Lead, manage and scale the Key Opinion Leader diversity programs e.g., First to 50 Women Speaker Development Program. This includes: ensuring alignment with business objectives and needs, development and maintenance of content and materials, coordinating logistics, lead communications plan and its implementation, collaboration with GBU and RCO partners and initiatives to ensure usage of qualified program participants and graduates.
  • Develop and deliver omni-channel communications plan and manage tools/platforms for the KOL COE to internal and external partners.
  • Lead, manage and scale the KOL recruiting and onboarding programs. This includes ensuring alignment with business objectives and needs, development and maintenance of content and materials, coordinating implemtation, change management, leading communications plan and its implementation, collaboration with GBU and RCO partners.
  • Manage and maintain overall KOL COE content and resources for internal and external partners.
  • Contribute to ideation of and manage new, future globally harmonized programs/initiatives that align with business needs and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports detailing key milestone accomplishments, relative to initiatives managed.
  • Collaborate as needed with the KOL Governance COE Manager, to ensure that initiatives are compliant with Dentsply Sirona's Compliance policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

BA or BS in related field; MBA or PM Certification a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience in similar roles
  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • Stakeholder communications experience
  • Healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
  • External expert relationship management understanding.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:

  • Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Competency with Microsoft Teams, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Dental industry knowledge a plus

The base salary and target annual incentive for this remote role is around $110,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
