Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop robust and reliable positioning solutions for a variety of applications using high-precision GNSS.

Lead technical problem-solving efforts, ensuring progress with minimal supervision and delivering high-quality solutions.

Take ownership of algorithm development and implementation in C++, focusing on Kalman filters and other estimation techniques.

Debug and enhance large C++ codebases.

Use Matlab and/or Python for data visualization and analysis..

Perform regression testing on multiple datasets to ensure solution stability and integrity.

Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document various GNSS-related problems.

Mentor and guide team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Work in an international team of leading GNSS and multi-sensor experts, cooperating with people across the world.
Skills & Experience Required:
-
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD with research in precise GNSS positioning is highly desirable.

4+ years of experience in GNSS algorithm development. PhD research will be considered as part of this experience.

Proven expertise in implementing Kalman filters and similar estimation algorithms.

Strong experience in C++ software development, ideally with software that has real-time requirements

Proficiency in Matlab, Python or a comparable language

Ability to work effectively as part of a development team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced development environment with changing priorities.

Strong communication skills and ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation and presentations.

Experience in mentoring is a plus.
