Graphic Designer

SUMMARY:

Our Creative Team is searching for a dynamic, innovative, and inspired Graphic Designer to create visually appealing, effective and on brand assets for marketing, site, retail, trade and hospitality channels. The ideal candidate brings an innovative and thoughtful aesthetic with a solid knowledge of typography, layout and design. This candidate should exhibit a strong understanding of print and digital, have an candid interest in performance data and best practices and illustrate excellent communication skills. This role works with all members of the creative department as well as any relevant departments across the organization and reports to the VP, Creative.

Location: LA Based 

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute email marketing newsletters from concept to delivery.
• Design and execute static and motion ads for paid and organic channels.
• Design in-store marketing for windows and display cards.
• Collaborate in concepting and execution of social assets. 
• Produce creative assets that adhere to the brand’s visual style guide.
• Concept innovative and on-brand creative campaigns.

Who You Are:

• Demonstrates expert understanding of design including layout, color, visual and typographic hierarchy.
• Proficient in graphic design best practices.
• Proficient in Figma,  InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere.
• A self-driven approach to problem solving but able to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail (think pixel perfect design).
• Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of print processes and print production.
• 2-3 years brand or agency experience.

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000.
