Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Communication Concepts: Develop graphic communication concepts and innovative visual campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

2. Creative Conceptualization: Conceptualize and creatively bring projects to life, bridging complex startup ideas and their audience visually.

3. Client Inspiration: Inspire clients with unique design ideas, confidently presenting them in both German and English.

4. Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual storytelling for presentations and digital assets, ensuring engagement across all media.

5. Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and sharing expertise to elevate team performance.

6. Collaboration & Ownership: Take ownership of the design process, collaborating with team leaders and management to ensure optimal visual outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Passion for digital communication and experimentation with the latest design tools and trends.

• Strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Expertise in understanding customer journeys and an intuitive sense of design trends.

• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and independently manage tasks.

• High-quality standards, even under pressure.

• Fluent communication in both German and English, with openness to provide constructive feedback.
