At BEES Fintech, we are transforming the financial services B2B landscape. Our payment solutions are designed to empower businesses globally. We are looking for a talented Product Specialist to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge payment products.

What you'll do:

• Team Leadership: Attract, hire, and develop a high-performing team of associates product managers to support our growth in payment solutions.
• End-to-End Discovery: Oversee the entire discovery process for payment products, from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring all processes are efficiently managed.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and align with global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different regions and areas.
• Process Development: Create, implement, and promote best practices and processes for product management to enhance efficiency and product success.
• Product Performance: Manage product backlog and prioritization based on metrics analysis.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including engineering, design, data, and program, to deliver exceptional products.

What you'll need:

• Experience: Proven experience in product management within the fintech industry, especially with Payments solutions.
• Leadership: Strong track record of attracting, developing, and leading product management teams.
• Product Process: Deep understanding of product discovery and delivery processes.
• Communication: Excellent English language skills are mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
