Founded in 2020, QuoIntelligence is Europe's fastest growing startup in the field of Cyber Threat Intelligence. Headquartered in Germany, and incorporated in Italy and Spain, we provide companies and institutions with game-changing expertise in the fight against cybercrime.Â
We are looking for a Freelance Growth Marketer to join our team for an initial 2–4 month project (15-20h/week). The role will focus on driving rapid and sustainable growth through data-driven experimentation and innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for implementing multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates, ultimately contributing to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement growth plans that align with short-term performance goals and longer-term business objectives, with a primary focus on Top of Funnel (ToFu) growth
- Use data to track and analyze the performance of campaigns, making informed decisions and optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Continuously experiment with different growth tactics, such as A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to find the most effective solutions for scaling acquisition.
- Develop and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, email, content, and SEO, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to growth.
- Implement low-cost, high-impact growth tactics aimed at quick, sustainable wins. Use creative approaches to solve marketing challenges and drive immediate results.
- Beyond acquisition, work to optimize user flows and engagement strategies that retain customers, increasing LTV and reducing churn.
- Focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) by refining user journeys, landing pages, and content that resonates with target audiences, driving higher engagement and leads.
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Specialist or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in developing and managing performance marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing) with a track record of driving rapid growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and an ability to think creatively to solve marketing challenges.
- Experience in optimizing conversion funnels and driving customer acquisition.
- Based in the European Union.
