We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our Lending Growth Marketing team. In this role, you'll have the chance to dive into the intricacies of customer acquisition and retention marketing. This includes optimizing our marketing channel mix, driving funnel improvements, uncovering market and competitor insights to support long-term growth strategy, and helping expand customer lifetime value.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Train on Growth Marketing daily tasks such as marketing channel performance tracking and optimization, growth strategy, marketing channel mix management, budget and P&L management, competitor tracking/research, and financial modeling/opportunity sizing
• Dive deep into building a business case and plan for a customer referral program specific to Achieve Personal Loans that includes the rationale, framework of the program, how it will work and support data such as insights and benchmarks
• Present the customer referral program to the marketing team
• Meet with members across the Marketing team weekly to learn about different areas
• Work on real-world campaigns and projects across different platforms like Paid Social, Search/Google Ads and Bing Ads, Partners/Affiliates
• Develop your skills by learning how to compare and contrast acquisition and retention strategies, collect insights on key competitors and document competitive messaging and flows in a systematic manner

Qualifications

• Currently a junior, senior or recent graduate at an accredited University - Business, Marketing or Advertising Major preferred
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Marketing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
• Bonus: Facebook/ Google Ads Certification; Experience using Google Analytics, SQL and Tableau

Salary Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
