Lead Sales & Marketing Management strategy and programs to provide strategic direction to sales and marketing activities like business development, product/band P&L, brand licensing, in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

Design and develop policies and processes for planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands.

Plan and develop sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships.

Lead, manage and implement brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standard.

Deliver critical processes to ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
-
Lead and formulate plans and processes to evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.)

Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma.
Differentiator

Lead the Core Function (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing, etc.) on a Global/Regional/ Line of Business/Country level such as Head of Finance & Accounting, Head of Human Resources.

Establish and are accountable for strategies that have long-term impact (3-5 years) on business results in alignment with organization’s global business strategy.

Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across Galderma and partner organizations.
