Head of Enterprise Product Strategy (Hybrid - Flexible Location)

The VP, Head of Enterprise Product Strategy works with stakeholders across all of Broadridge and externally to create and articulate internally and externally a Broadridge wide product strategy that delivers real value to Broadridge clients. These stakeholders include clients, technology, and business strategy. He/She articulates externally to clients a BR wide strategy that ties together core business and product strategies.

The VP, Head of Enterprise Product Strategy also works with the business units to help with their 3-year product roadmap and priorities and works to educate and align other stakeholders around it (incl. Marketing and Sales). He/She is part of the dialogue during Business Unit planning. The VP, Head of Enterprise Product Strategy provides suggestions to each Business Unit, works for alignment of the enterprise-wide product strategy with business unit strategies, highlights duplications and trade-offs across Business Units, and influences them.

The VP, Head of Enterprise Product Strategy collaborates effectively with the Business Unit Presidents, helps them with prioritization and allocation of the budget, and ensures their strategies are aligned with the company's priorities. He/She also collaborates effectively with technology counterparts (enterprise CTO, Division CTOs) to ensure alignment and of strategies and top priorities and initiatives.

• Create enterprise-wide product vision that excites clients and inspires associates.• Provide value adding collaboration with Division and Business Unit Presidents, and Technology leadership.• Develop common client user experience across BR products that allow clients to consume other BR products more easily - common enterprise integration layer, UI/UX, API Central, common data ontology.• Support strong growth and earnings driven product strategies owned by the business units aligned with the enterprise product strategy.• Drive outstanding go to market with sales/marketing with excellent product market fit.• Identify Product/platform redundancies and take action to create focus and investment capacity.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred• Excellent academic background with strong analytical skills• Senior leader with 10+ years of experience• Strategic mindset with deep understanding of product management methodologies and capabilities• Strong working knowledge of product management processes, including agile methodologies• Experience in the financial services sector in the institutional segments of the business, especially with technology is a plus• Demonstrated experience in and passion for product, technology, innovation, and lean start-up principles a big plus; entrepreneurial experience is a plus• Proven ability to build excellent relationships and effectively negotiate with senior leaders to influence business outcomes• Prior experience in a tier-1 strategy consulting and/or leading FinTech company ideal• Comfortable with a work environment often managing multiple initiatives under ambiguity• Experience with product and technology integration and optimization• Passionate about the potential strategic direction for Broadridge as an industry leader• Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success
