Job Description Summary

The Head of Broadridge Investment Management Solutions (BIMS) North American Professional Services will lead the organization's BIMS North American Professional Services Team reporting directly to the Global Head of Professional Services. The individual will lead a team of Implementation professionals based out of North America. They will be expected to collaborate and work in coordination with their peers in Internationally and form part of the Global Head of Professional Services' Management team. The individual will be highly focused on systematic operations and developing goal oriented/fit for purpose teams

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversight, development, resource management, and mentoring staff
  • Revenue generation of the team, utilization targets, and SoW pipeline management.
  • Continuously improve and adapt services and implementation delivery model that aligns with our revenue and customer focused approach.
  • Manage contracts, project timelines, and deliverables. Ensure quality of work performed meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Manage through systematic tools ex. procedures and metrics to outcomes align with goals
  • Act as an escalation point for clients and internal teams relating to P&S work
  • Partner with Account Management to identify opportunities at existing clients to increase revenue through new opportunities and assist in client retention via contract renewals.
  • Partner with Support Heads to ensure client satisfaction, seamless hand-off to BAU, and develop strategies for dealing with clients at risk.
  • Partner with sales to win new clients and to identify and drive expansion opportunities within the customer base. as well as increasing renewal rates.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive software driven solutions. Reducing the overall number of bespoke configurations and custom builds within client environments

Requirements

  • Record of leadership in a global, team-oriented environment, working well in a fast-paced environment, and meeting multiple, concurrent deadlines.
  • Experience in providing financial technology solutions to clients within the asset management industry.
  • Subject Matter expertise in at least one relevant core financial management domain.
  • A self-starter with proven experience navigating and building long term client relationship
  • Demonstrates proven team leadership, project assessment and project delivery capabilities.
  • Experience leading the scoping activities on multiple, large scale technology implementation projects

  • Ability to coordinate cross functionally and balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational project and time management skills.

Salary range is $200K - $225K Annually

Bonus Eligible

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
