LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Head of Solution Engineering with a demonstrated track record of driving innovation and establishing best practices within an enterprise sales environment. This critical role will lead a global team of talented Solution Engineers who will design, deliver, and coach on best practices to gather business challenges and deliver solutions that result in tangible value for LeanIX customers. This role will interact with all levels within LeanIX and report to the Director of Global Solution Engineering.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Leading a diverse global team of Solution Engineers, fostering a culture of technical creativity and collaboration in pursuit of effective GTM strategies.
- Develop and champion the adoption of technical best practices in presales, ensuring continuous performance improvement and optimization of the Global SE Team's collective expertise.
- Supporting Regional Solution Engineering to communicate in-depth technical topics during client meetings.
- Proactively collaborate with Innovation SEs to architect solutions that will broadly resonate with our customers and provide tangible value.
- Fostering collaboration between SE, GTM, and Product teams to represent our customers to establish consistent information exchange in support of product roadmap decisions.
- Partner with the Director of Global Solution Engineering to prioritize technical topics that will best serve our customer base.

Manage a subset of the Global Solution Engineering team with a broad mix of technical skills. Leveraging those collective skills is a crucial part of this position to ensure we are proactively establishing the most effective methods for positioning the technical capabilities of our platform. You and your team will be responsible for understanding the current and future direction of the LeanIX platform and will proactively collect and exchange insights with LeanIXās Product Team. Your experience and quest for excellence will inspire the team to proactively seek opportunities to explore, implement and share technical solutions across the organization.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Strategic, confident and creative technical leader to develop a newly formed team of presales experts.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Support with a focus on working with Enterprise customers.
- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, web hooks, and iPaaS solutions).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complexities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of leading technical discussions with customers, fostering trust, and driving customer satisfaction, including C-level consultations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact tasks, projects, and customer engagements.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
