The Help Desk Manager is responsible for leading a technical support team, ensuring timely and accurate customer service, training representatives, establishing customer service standards and measuring key performance indicators. This position will also be responsible for handling tickets and other functions of the Help Desk.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:• Leading and developing the performance of team members through performance management, resource review & planning, training, and development to meet the needs of the business. • Performing advanced helpdesk functions such as active directory management and advanced troubleshooting, acting as an escalation for issues. • Delivering IT and Security projects on time and in budget. • Measuring and reporting on key performance indicators. • Managing Audio/Visual components in the office. • Building and continually developing relationships with teams across the organization. • Other duties as assigned

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE: • Ability to lead, coach, mentor and discipline team members.• Customer service-oriented aptitude, and solid communication skills (written and verbal).• Strong technical skills including AV management, Windows troubleshooting, and Active Directory management.• 2+ years managing technical support teams or equivalent experience• 5+ years technical troubleshooting experience• Extensive knowledge of ticketing systems and Active Directory management.• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:• Atlassian administration• Windows deployment experience• Active Directory management• Inventory management, including ordering and tracking

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

This role requires that you live within 50 miles of our Morrisville, NC office and will be expected to be in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters 5 days a week Monday - Friday with limited work from home opportunity.
