Job Description
Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh is seeking a Hospitalist and Nocturnist to join our established program in Oshkosh, Wis., and provide premier inpatient services to the community. Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh is a level 3 trauma center with full subspecialty support as well as strong support from hospital administration.
Position highlights
- Twenty-four (24) weeks of work per year - 168 shifts
- 12 hour shifts, block schedule
- Quality patient/physician encounters
- Minimal night rotations for day Hospitalists
- ICU and procedures available at your desire, not required
- Competitive compensation ($305,500-$400,000) and student loan forgiveness available!
- EPIC EMR
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
